A New Law : Right to disables

According to India's population of 2011 , 2.21% of total population is disabled and their is law for full participation of disables for society. Some rules and reservation are made to facilitate them but in actual they are getting very little from what they were excepted to be given as a result they have to face many problems in their daily life. Now for public interest petition a visually handicapped activist had filled a case for problems they are facing and need to resolve it. Taking this issue seriously supreme court had recently had announced strict implementation of Right to disabled law that had to be followed by central government and state government.
Supreme court had demanded that within 2019 all railway station should have facility for disabled according to convinces , government building should be modified in such a way that it can facilitate disabled person to reach on upper floor. These modifications will not only help disables to make their work a bit easy it will also help old people in their work. Court had also ordered that by 2018 10% of government bus should be modified as per convince of disables and by 2019 most of the government buses should be modified to make work of disabled peoples easy. Some new technology should also be developed to facilitate disables

. Law for disabled was passed in 2016 but now in the beginning of 2018 Court had made serious call for implementation of this law.
